Sertionge: Your writing style should emerge in the same way as your innermost parts of you. In his and this section on clichet really reminds me of orwell, politics and the english language. He says it's something that has lost contact with the reality. Whence it sprang? Because it floats in the air,. A silly, foolish tinsel ornament that takes the place of a flow of living metal. Thats what aristotle is stating in the metaphysics. So i think that that's at least the starting point of his thinking. But he had some nice stuff to say about cliche too.
