The Tension Between Speed and Technical Orientation
Early on in a company's history, it's like you got to move fast just to kind of prove out the product and establish product market fit. Once you've established a certain degree of product market fit, i often find that this question of speed versus kind of quality, or long trorientations, is mostly a false trade off. And so i think that tension, which can exist, the way i like to try to resolve it is to is actually coming back to the earlier thing i set around, like prioization,. It can't possibly be the case that these things are actually intention.
