The Cost of Inaction in Clinical Practice

Everybody kind of knows where they would head if they let things auger down. People are often faced with tough decisions like well you know I'm not happy at my job and I'm afraid to leave it. You really want to think through the cost of inaction, that's something people generally don't do. If you're gonna stop your job then get your CV together right start seeing what other options you have. It's much worse than the risk that you'll take by staying in the same place.
