The first trial, I was not able to let it return to baseline and it didn't after 75 minutes. And so when I look at these trials altogether what I see is that the end game of adaptation is to keep my peak under 140. The adaptations are lost somewhere between 50% more slowly and 3 times more slowly than they are gained. However, I can't rule out that part of the reason the second set of 3 trials looked so much where the adaptation looked better. It looks to me like I can adapt to increasing bolus doses of glucose and a rate of 2.2 grams per day. That's huge because if this is spread across three meals it's probably triple the rate
