As the ceo, you are dealing with something that you don't really deal with at the smaller levels, which is politics. Even at 20 million lars, you aren't the person who's deciding if people get promoted - unless those people aregeting promoted to a high level manager position. You have to protect the culture, and i think you manage the heads of divisions. But there it's not fire drills. There's obviously fun parts, because then you to work more on strategy.
