I think people have different like traits and levels of sensitivity. I am really hurt by super fucking bright lights, but some people can go work in like fluorescent offices or whatever. But that doesn't mean that they're okay with every other, you know, they're not like struggling. And then it's just like all of this goes into made up norms and you haven't even just had a conversation about just like asking them like, Hey, what is up? Like, how can I show up for you?
