Aqua Jogging Can Help With Hamstring Injuries

I've read that pool running or aqua jogging isn't a great idea when you're rehabbing a hamstring injury because it doesn't make the hamstring contract eccentrically. Some people contend that the way you run underwater is not the same way you'd want to run on the land, which I think is probably true. But I don't think that there will be a transference there. It's essentially zero impact cardio, basically. So as long as your cognitive is into that and you use it wisely, I think it's a great tool.
