At $30 a barrel, we're talking about the elimination of major oil producers like Canada, Brazil, most of the US and GOLA. The pond is shrinking, but there's much less people in the pond. With a country like Angola, that would mean 80% of their exports gone with nothing left to replace it. This amount of GDP disappearing in a short space in this many countries is almost certain to cause revolutions, riots, wars,. And yet all of this could be only a decade away.
