This is not a 2008 in large part because there's just so many safety measures in place. The big banks, especially like if you started to see a problem with Bank of America, the Fed would be on it so fast that whatever they had to do to shore it up, it would be snuffed out really quickly. Small banks are just acutely exposed to this sort of phenomenon where like, you know, you could have a huge outflow of deposits from them.
