Why Patanjali Foods Didn't Launch an IPO

NSC and BSC have banned the promoters of Patanjali Foods from selling their shares. Baba Ramdev actually doesn't don't share directly in PatanJali Foods. The bulk of the shares is owned by group companies such as Patanjli Ayurved. But it has been alleged that it's BabaRamdev who runs the show.
