How to Shuck Oysters for Emily and I

Oysters are still a novelty for me. Do you guys have a big tourism trade? Despite how many oyster farms there are in my area, the number of places that are casual and laid back seafood spots that are still good is few and far between. It just is nobody's found a way to do it casual and simple, but still nice. And I'm hoping that person's going to be me.
