Taking Two Weeks Off Before Starting a New Job

If you're about to run into, get paid that out and then run straight into your new role, it will take you a reasonable amount of time to accrue more on your leave. For me, it was a game changer because I'm like, oh my gosh, what am I doing with my life? It's one of those things when you're in a really steep learning curve, it will feel very uncomfortable. So say to them, I really, it's really important to me to have a couple of weeks off to make sure I make that transition really effectively. When I'm starting, I'm really able to give it all of that focus and take two weeks.
