Tremor can certainly be, i'm a sign of just the hyperadronurgic state of anxiety. And then can get what we call embellished, not that the patient is embellishing it, but through a vicious cycle of anxiety causing tremor. We heard that there's satalicram that by itself shouldn't cause a seraton in sindrum. But is there anything else on board? Hear that the patient could be taking Seratonin or neraleptic malignant sindrum (sindrum) There'll be increased tone without Neraleptic Malignant Sindrum and some morba-like tremors with an increased tone.
