KPMG CEO survey: Eight out of 10 global CEOs anticipated recession over the next 12 months, more than half expecting it to be mild and short. 76% have already taken precautionary steps. 39% of CEOs have implemented a hiring freeze. 46% considering downsizing their workforce over the next six months. But they're optimistic over three years, but want to fire people the next 6 months.
