Prison Labor - The Opposition to Windmills
Prisoners have always worked, only the state has been their exploiter. The states have either set the convicts to work for the government, or they have farmed convict labor to private individuals. Rhode island offers perhaps the worst example of a gigantic prison labor trust. It also leases the convict labor of connecticut, michigan, indiana, nebraska and south dakota penitentiaries.
