Athletes' mind set is really just a little bit more methodical. Instead of doing things randomly, you do things with a purpose. You could literally, every hour or two hours, just stand up from desk for three minutes and do light movements. The only place extreme gilt really works is in the church where they are basically meeting people who don't want to make them feel bad about their situation. And i'm trying to make it as easy as possible for you to start moving also when i have time. It doesn't have to be such pageantry like my worko needs to be an hour, forty-five minutes at least. I think we're having a good time
