Is the Hoolu Business Superfluous to Disney's Ambition?

Hoolu has been on a roll, content wise. They've put some great shows thered. And they have forty something million subscribers to hooluo. But there's actually an incentive for dizzy not to make hoolo great during this time when tomcast is still a partner. This whole idea of running two separate platforms, to me, especially now that you're doing advertising on disney plus, is absurd. Think about what sits side by side.
