I was just teaching traditional cooking but then during 2020 I was getting a lot of requests wow I only had a week's worth of food in my house How do I stock my pantry and so that's a very natural offshoot of traditional cooking most traditional cooks have very well stock pantries. Sean: Have you been tempted over the last few years to try different other ideas or videos that are separate or a little bit off brand maybe from your core content? What lessons have you learned in those experiments?
