The Three Reasons People Want God to Exist
I boil down to kind of three big ones. And there's basically kind of three reasons people want God to exist, whether they're believers or not. The primary reason I would say why we have an idea of God and animals don't is that we know that we're going to die,. But we also have other things. So we have a need, I think, for life to make sense and for life to follow a kind of order, to an imagined order, some kind of justice. We hope for some kind of universal justice.
