When his wife had an atopic pregnancy and we had to make a last minute decision about surgery, he looked up medical ethic stuff around bortion. And i found that if you remove the entire tube, that is not abortive. That's like removing cancer. But if you slice open the tube and vacuum out the fet which, of course, can never be viable, and then attempt to save the tube to have children in the future, that's abortion.
