Why Depreciation Is So Powerful

Depreciation is basically the wear and tear of an asset over time. It's why depreciation is so powerful because you get so much more. The rules say every asset that you buy is given a life. And if it's a 20 year or less life, the IRS allows you to bonus to appreciate it in the first year.
