Building a Team With Diverse Perspectives

I heard you speak for a university of michigan video about empowering people with the idea that their voice matters in the room and at the table. I want to pull something out that you mentioned, the strength and excitement in building a team with diverse perspectives. Don't worry if you don't think you're a hunded % perfect in something, cause no one is. And i think when you let go of that worry, that really helps you continue to achieve things.
