If you have an engaged audience, which you're going to need to monetize anyway, just ask your ask your audience, put it out in a survey. A place that I would start if you have no idea is let's brainstorm some ideas that seem doable,. And let's pitch it to the audience and see, you know, what would you most likely pay for? "I think that that'll translate to higher conversion rate from that free to premium," he says.
