Chris Watts's Story About Shanann Killing Celeste and Bella
The body of a woman believed to be Shanann Watts was found on anadarco property. Later that evening, officials announced that they had found two bodies that they had strong reason to believe were Bella and Celeste. Chris said he loaded all three bodies onto the backseat of his work truck and took them to an oil cycle. On August 17th, Chris's defense attorneys asked the court to require pathologists to swab the girls necks and hands for DNA. They also requested to have their own expert take swabs from the bodies. CNN reported that Chris's attorneys indicated in a court filing that the girl's bodies were in an oil well filled with crude oil for several days.
