i think as a the invasion probably is not going quite as he had hoped or or even planned. I think that has the potential to change, and probably has more potential to change fro from here. So essentially, put him wanted control of ukrane, and noe of that involves putting someone in charge. And so i his initial strategy was to move in very quicklya light footed,. send special forces into the centres of atif and other cities, take out the government, replace them with something more friendly. But the difficulty, none of that happened, of course. He's now in a much more traditional way of trying to subdueer populations - which he's done before
