A co-am system is not an agent. It's like a platonic human, you know, reasoner or exocortex. You know, it has no emotions. It just implements like meta algorithms of science in a way that a human can then inject the volition in the agency to wield it to do something. So if there is a technology that John von Neumann couldn't invent, co-ams also can't invent it. This is quite important because I expect there to be such technologies and those will be extremely super dangerous.
