The Importance of a Rule of Law in India
There is all this conversation about we should make this policy intervention to help women out. But the basic fact is that if you just have the rule of law, if you just do that bit properly, so many of these problems can be solved. The Indian state should be a small but strong state while right now it's broad and weak.
