I was listening to your last episode, and i heard you talk about how clarence thomas doesn't get ouh attention slash credit for being sort of like the intellectual godfather of this whole right wing judicial strategy. Could you explain why people like john cornan are suddenly referencing plessy versus ferguson and brown versus bored again? I mean, it's a completely nonsensical analogy. The joint dissent in dobbs lately dispatches it.
