Zarathustra was never the most a straightforward, or therefore enlightening of his texts. I had never read it, and had always wanted to, and then i wasn't sure that i did. So we had some secondary sources on the table that we could use. There's this one by douglas burnham, nich's thus book, zarathustras edinburgh philosophical guides series. And we are using the translation by walter coffman, who is always helpful as far as i'm concerned. We should also mention that it was wess's birthday this week, and zrathustra gave you the gift of his wisdom.
