Our development pipeline is substantially larger than our stabilized owned portfolio. So I think focus on larger projects in downtown, some downtowns have had some headwinds and that is why we think it's an exciting time to invest. We've sold about 20 properties over the years that were some smaller and subscale totaling about around 2,000 units.
