The Self Lift Off Is the Biggest Flex
I haven't used wrist raps in many, many, many years at this point. I never felt like i got much out of them, and don't feel like i'm missing out by not using them. So i am inclined to agree the self lift off is the pigger flex. There was a guy that was arguing with clare on the internet that, like, doing a self lift off was going to damage your shoulders because you can't keep your scapula retracted. And unlike sit source? Citation? Anything? No, just your opinion. But for my answer on i actually made a video on this, like what i eat in a day. And it looks very similar
