The Power of Stakeholders in Change

Change is a process over time and part of stakeholder is ensuring there's roles and inclusion of those who will be leading and benefiting from the change. Deirdre, I'm thinking you probably have some examples here. A few years ago, we were working with some partners who wanted to spur innovation and specifically culture change in high schools in the US. We saw an opportunity to create a leadership development program to actually enable school principals to design school culture. And all of that is about co-design and how do you actually do it together and bring other people along in the process of change.
