You don't need to eat 800 different foods. I would say, again, meat and fruit, a little bit of veggies, some cooked veggies, maybe some raw carrots, things like that. Avocado, if it doesn't bother you. And then just, you know, on top of that, really, I would only have some yams, some potatoes, maybe some white rice. If you're trying to get leaner, then eat leaner meats. Don't be eating 80% lean meat. You're going to have to go down to 90, 93, 95 even. Your macros, general starting point would be somewhere around one gram per pound of body weight for protein.
