The Impossible Cost of Compliance

The law is very reasonable. It's stuff that is hard to do for many buildings, but it's stuff that they should do. For many, if not most buildings, they will save money over and above the costs of financing the improvements. And that's a big, big plus in what makes it all viable. But it does take a lot of work in thinking and planning and designing.
