Most clients of yours, they have already a good understanding of what they actually want to achieve. In terms of tangible outcomes, I think that's less clear. Once you start to talk in those terms around tangible concrete behaviors that we need to see people exhibit in order to achieve those outcomes, that's when the conversation gets really interesting. And oftentimes, we're involved in that process and helping to refine that brief.
