I don't know that I would ever program people to do sets at nine or 10 unless we were really getting close to a meet. Do it almost like a rehab scenario where we have somebody do some training and see how their pain is for the subsequent 24, 48 hours. See if we can get you to train with a dose that does not precipitate said night time leg cramps. And then go from there.
