The observational study is much larger, giving it much greater power to look at all of these events in more granular detail. In terms of the kidney outcomes and the mortality in cardiovascular outcomes, I think that if you just extrapolated the Stop-Ace trial to a much larger trial and ran it for a longer period of time, actually they would look really, really similar.
