The Importance of Cultural Change in a Small Business

I recently left a job where I was being harassed by a colleague when I reported the behavior I was just told to stay away from them. There are people that will do the right thing yep but then there's a lot of people that don't and that is unfortunate it's not okay. A lot of conservative industries while they may say they want people to be themselves and authentic at work the reality is they do not want to change the system and have anyone rock the boat because also people in power benefit from staying in control which is why cultural change is hard yes.
