The Importance of Reverse Brain Drain in Early Stage Companies
A lot of my friends will move back in the last couple of years for various reasons unfortunately layoffs and all of the other these are related issues here in the United States or other parts of the world as well. So that is something that we do end up doing but I've not been able to create a program per se where we are being able to bring them. We have this little metamorph challenge which within the company where we allow our employees to come up with various products or campaigns that they would end up doing. The last challenge was just one month back and one of the things that they want to do is be able to bring in people from us so that is something we want to do
