How to Read When You're Young

When we're young you want to read as much as possible voraciously and it actually doesn't matter if we understand. We must make our peace with the fact that we will not understand but not understanding is absolutely fine i've found time and again that insights come from frivolity frivolity makes a very fine fertile soil for wisdom to flourish. As we grow older we want to give ourselves license to be frivolous say silly things because that's where wisdom can be found. When you're trying out ideas when you're putting ideas together you're playing and when you're playing you're not letting your inner editor or sensor get in the way of insights.
