Renin and the Sympathetic Nervous System

The sympathetic nervous system can directly innovate the granular cells to release renin. Low pressure in the affinaterial and low sodium concentration in the distal convoluted tubule are two other ways that renin can be released. Renin is what activates angiotensinogen, which needs to be activated if there's no renin.
