i started tracking every single day, did i get up at five? Did brain train? Did i meditate? Did i work out? Ah, did i eat clean and did i not drink right? And so i would just say, ou no sense. It's, you know, this is a hundred % quantitative, meaning there is just yes or no, did you do it? Then the beauty of that is is, like, that ends up being a percentage on a monthly basis, then that ends to be an average percentage on a yearly basis. But i'm suggesting you quanify it and gamefy it. Quanify and gamefy your discipline.
