Building Relationships With the MSS and the United Front

The MSS and the United Front have been very good at building relationships with in a sort of shotgun approach for like here's a thousand people who could have political potential, right? Let's start building the relationship while they're young and don't have a high position. And then later, you know, maybe only a few dozen will end up in an important level, but we've built that relationship and now we have influence. The current mayor of New York City has taken a bunch of business trips to China when he was Brooklyn Borough president - which is kind of the equivalent of being the mayor of a large city.
