Climate Change Is Everywhere, but It's Feeling Differently

Climate change is everywhere, but it's felt differently. Why? The rich have the money to deal with it. The poor do not. There have been attempts to to rectify this though various different agreements and a fund of a hundred billion dollars a year by 20 20 from rich countries. But only 80 billion dollars was donated in 20 20. So that leaves a 20 billion dollar shortfall. Because of crevid, we had to relocate resources. And so we need an extra push right now to close the gap with the 100 billion.
