I think your point about like top management being basically not diverse is really such an important factor because if you're not seeing people like yourself in these more management or more senior positions it makes it harder to envision yourself being up there. I just think that I personally have a lot to like unlearn kind of if that makes sense. So something that I want to work on a little bit more in the future is to kind of understand that when I sound confident in my opinions that doesn't make me look arrogant or like brash and the level of respect that I have for other women who sound really confident needs to be reflected in my own actions.
