The Importance of Sniff and Smell Tests

My mother-in-law is totally against all forms of food hygiene. This particular problem became more obvious after I organised to cook for her and my husband. She said she would bring the steak, as she didn't want her spending too much money. But upon inspection, they were three weeks out of date. For her, it's almost cool to be so careless. Do you know what I would have done, anonymous? Give her that stake. We'll give her one of the three-week out dates. And you two, and you're presumably your father-in-laws, can have the nice new ones.
