Microsoft's Data That Says Most People Don't Ever Touch Game Settings

I appreciate that sentiment and I kind of like agree to some degree. Microsoft will have data that suggests that most people don't ever touch those settings. But also I'm on the record for years saying that I'm happy to play a game at 30 frames per second if it's single player, cinematic or whatever. It doesn't bother me because this is an overwatch. And maybe there should be a choice of 40, 40p and running at an unlocked frame rate,. 35 to 40 frames per second with very refresh rates and vsync or whatever.
