I Don't Know What to Do With Pauline Vickers
I knew it was going to be difficult but nonetheless I didn't want to give up my job and I didn't actually know that the selector were going to do anything. So I thought I better change my name because we would be beginning to be reviewed and plus I didn't think Pauline Vickers which was my name at the time was very cool um so I thought well I'd change it. "It forced my whole family to call me black they were very unhappy that the uh Vickers name was not carried off into this illustrious future"
