How Do You Run Your Company With That Intergenerational Focus?
I was brought up total immersion for the first nine years of my life. So that culture stream's just built in, it's ingrained. And also the way we hold people. If I can find one thing I really for us is the most important thing. We don't have meetings to sign bits of paper and get to agreements. It's really about who are you, do we share values, what's your hopes and dreams, here are ours and can we work together. There's no road map to it. It's just are you GC or not really.And if you're not then say there's better cool feed.
