Making Watches One by One

At the first 100 units, iwe ended up making them one by one, actually. We'd get the circuit boards shipped in from chinand we also made the plastic watch straps in china. Hewe would do the final assembly one by one in the garage. And i think that early process of making everything one by one was perfect for us because we screwed up everything you could possibly screw up in the first ten watches we had.
